L’individuo al centro

 Lo scopo della #gamification è mettere l’individuo al centro della relazione: incentivandolo con un sistema di sfide a tirar fuori da sé tutti gli elementi positivi di solito legati al gioco: entusiasmo, impegno, competizione ma anche collaborazione e gioco di squadra. Progettare una piattaforma aziendale con questo scopo non è semplice: sono molte le variabili da tenere in considerazione. Ci vuole attenzione a capire le motivazioni dei destinatari, tenere a bada le derive di protagonismo dei più competitivi per non dissuadere altri, magari meno competitivi, ma con talenti da scoprire. Bisogna anche essere creativi e originali nella produzione di contenuti, in quanto è davvero poca la distanza da un gioco coinvolgente ad un gioco ripetitivo e quindi noioso. Inoltre, essenziale è avere chiaro lo scopo che il game deve perseguire in modo da incentivare i comportamenti virtuosi ed evitare qualsiasi tipo di effetto indesiderato.
